call cell phone didn't leave a message

Calls every few days, never leaves a message. Calls back to this number get to an "answering system" that if you hit "*" to cancel the message and then hit "0" (to persumably get to an operator like most phone systems allow) just throw you back to the "silent voicemail". Unbelieveably, trying to CALL BLOCK this number using my premium AT&T CALL BLOCK Service (allows me to block up to 10 numbers) DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!! Unbelievable....

Calls my parents house daily. My Dad is highly irriated with them calling. They don't leave message. How can they STOP calling my Parents house??

He identified himself with the Financial Crime Department and he had all of my personal information all the way down to my SSN, birthday, work number, everything. He said that he had an affadavit for me to pay $450.00 from an internet payday advance company. I do not have any payday advances with any internet companies. When I stated this, he said that he would notate that I was refusing to pay and that I would be arrested. He even went as far as to curse me out. He said that this was done 6 months ago. I offered copies of my bank statements as proof and he refused to accept. He asked for my credit card or debit card information for payment. I said that I would pay by way of money order and he said it had to be debit card or credit card. The one who cursed me was Lee.

He called, I didn't mean to answer, and when he said hello I hung up. I googled the number and saw what everyone was saying about it and I don't want this number to call me ever again!!

Automated for credit card % lowering. Hit 9 if interested. No info on what cards. I hit 9 to see who was on the other end and what business they had calling my house and to take me off their list. As soon as I asked "what cards they had access to and thought I might be interested in lowering" he hung up on me abruptly. Obviously a scam waiting on someone with no common sense to gain a number.
